Chris is from Miama, Florida but moved to Charleston, South Carolina in 1990. He graduated Johnson & Wales University and has been working as a chef since 1990. He worked for Kiawah for five years and during that time he received the 4 diamond mobil award. He has worked at numerous large resorts and restraurants throughout the Southeast. In 2001, Chris opened Foodeze Executive Caterers, and in 2008 he and his wife established their second division Edies Sandwiches.
